How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 7 free days at the Pro limits, with 60 AI messages for the trial (enough to teach one strategy). Your card is taken at checkout and nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. When the trial ends, your plan's own monthly AI messages begin.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings > Billing. An upgrade applies at once; a downgrade or cancellation applies at the end of the period you have paid for. There are no refunds for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires one.
What does yearly cost?
Pro and Advanced can be paid yearly: ten months' price for twelve months, paid once a year. Starter is paid monthly only.
What uses an AI message?
Each message you send to the AI while teaching your strategy (typed, or your answers to its questions), and a few buttons that ask it something, such as AI Chart Audit. Every such button says so. Charts, drawings, alerts, backtests and the journal use none. A month gives Starter 40 messages, Pro 200 messages, Advanced 400 messages; the free trial has 60. Teaching a strategy from scratch takes about 20 to 40, fine-tuning it a few. The count starts again on the first of each month (UTC).
What does "alerts on 2 markets" mean?
The markets the scanner checks for your setups, such as EUR/USD or gold. On a market you watch, any of your strategies can alert you, on any timeframe it runs on, and adding a strategy to a market you already watch does not use another one. By plan: Starter 2 markets, Pro 10 markets, Advanced every market.
Is there a limit on backtests?
Yes, a number an hour, so the site stays quick for everyone: Starter 5 an hour, Pro 30 an hour, Advanced 60 an hour. Each market in a backtest counts as one.
Which markets are covered?
Forex, US stocks and funds, crypto, gold, silver, oil and gas, on timeframes from 5 minutes to a week. The exact list is in the app and grows over time.
Who handles payment?
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle keeps your card details and adds tax where it applies. SetupSight never sees your card number.
